I am looking to start rowing. I have never done it before, and I'm not the strongest person. I have been doing strong lifts 5x5 for the last month to try and change this. Any advice or tips any one could give would be much appreciated. Am I on the correct program? What should I include in my workouts?
I have been strength training for about a month now, still waiting to see any big gains in strength or muscle size, but I know it's early days. I also enjoy going for long bike rides on the weekend, typically around 30-40 miles. Do you think this is affecting my strength training??
