I seem to be having an issue with my protien intake. I eat fruit and veggies, but all that mostly is is carbs and fat. What does everyone eat for protien? :o

Balancing Acts
Has anyone else had trouble balancing normal life things with excersise? I find it hard to come home from college classes and find the energy to get on the treadmill. I am 18 and weigh 200lbs, used to be 226. Iv been running and since December, started diet in January, and started strength last month. I can't wait to be fit again. The key to good health is being in shape. Can't wait to be 170 again!
