Ya, protien is intense, and it is hard to find bars with low calories that are not super expensive. But health comes first, then money.

Imagine those combined together...... Ehhh.... But thank you, any preferances on cheese? Is more protien packed than others?

If i took a nap I don't think I could wake up. :D But that does sound like a good idea.

If it was a perfect world, and I had moneh, I would make a breakfast shake with coffee in it. Coffe boosts metabolic rate, and without breakfast, blood sugar issues can occure.

I weigh an ok amount, but my body fat is really high, but I have big boobs so idk.
