21 day mass building plan
Has anyone tried one of those mass building programes that works on the theory of a 1 week low cal "primer phase" followed by a 2 week "overload phase"? Thinking of giving it a go to see what all the hype is about

Its funny how all my girl friends have different ideas of what the hottest guys body is so it would be interesting to find out which celeb/athlete or who ever all the women on MFP think has best body in your opinions??

Best spread?
I need sandwiches to fill the day and usually go through at least 3 a day but am trying to find a good filling. Lean ham is the first choice but if not then I go for PB which quickly uses up my fats for the day. Anyone else have any other ideas for easy sandwiches?

Exercising while sick
Hi guys, was wondering if anyone has any advice for exercising while sick. I can definitely feel a bit of a cold coming on but really dont want to stop training nor get any worse. How do you all feel about training as long as its not in your chest?
