Has anyone tried one of those mass building programes that works on the theory of a 1 week low cal "primer phase" followed by a 2 week "overload phase"? Thinking of giving it a go to see what all the hype is about

I need sandwiches to fill the day and usually go through at least 3 a day but am trying to find a good filling. Lean ham is the first choice but if not then I go for PB which quickly uses up my fats for the day. Anyone else have any other ideas for easy sandwiches?
