Advice on getting lean
I'm looking for advice on shredding I am 5ft 3 and weigh 8.5stone I know I am not overweight in anyway but I am looking to be as lean as possible. My goal is to get my bf from 18% to around 15% Does anybody have any tips for this. Eg adding more cardio to my routine. Is high carb or high fats better? Thankyou :)
