Winter Walking
Who has tips for winter walking? I live in Michigan and love to walk outdoors but find it hard to figure out what to wear to walk in to avoid getting too cold or too warm. Any suggestions?

Weighing or Measuring your Foods
When measuring or weighing serving sizes do you measure prior to cooking or after? Does it matter? Also do you find it difficult to know if the nutritional content is accurate when searching for foods.

Feeling tired...
I am currently on a Doctor monitored 1200 calorie a day meal plan (I hate the word diet) and am working out an average of 45 minutes 5-6 days a week. I get plenty of sleep 7-8 hours a night. Problem is I feel like I could fall asleep in seconds for most of the day. Anyone else having this problem? What do you to avoid it?
