Need someone to help me on my diet and workout routine
After bulking the whole summer last year and then cutting down, I gained little to no muscle when I should be making a bunch of noobie gains. I workout six times a week for 2-3 hours each time, and I do bodybuilding type workouts. I eat 2750-3000 calories to bulk and 1700-2000 to cut. Please help, thank you.
