Has anyone tried DDP YOGA? If so how did you like it? What were your results? Was it worth it?
Yup...exactly what my title states...I have 100lbs to loose to I'm looking for friends who are committed to keep me going and vise vera! Even if u have less or more weight that doesn't bother me just encouraging people!
So I love running but I haven't done it in over a year now I'm starting with a 17 min mile... best way to improve? (I use a treadmill) Feel free to add me as well...could use runners support
Back in 2011 on April 20th (4 months into my marriage) i was diagnosed with PCOS. Dispite years of trying, a high risk pregnancy and a labor gone wrong I'm happy to say our daughter turns 1 next month!!! (Where has the time gone!?)
