DDP YOGA

Has anyone tried DDP YOGA? If so how did you like it? What were your results? Was it worth it?

Yoga is the fountain of youth. If you are looking for in home yoga find one that you will like. I tend to lean toward shorter yoga personally. I used to do yoga from P90X and at over an hour it was just too long. Beachbody has a couple that are in the 30-40 minute range. I am sure there are also some on youtube. The key though, like I said above, will be finding one you enjoy and can stick with.

I bought DDP Yoga and did the first round. I liked it but my usual thing that happens is that I can't get a day in here or there because of illness or something, then I get off the routine and not sure where to get back on and I lose motivation. I have started it again though. I have a bad lower back and even though I can't do near what they do on the videos, and some moves I don't even dare try, it's great for stretching my muscles and I feel very good afterwards. It also comes with a meal guide line - teaching you to gradually eat clean. For me that part I didn't care for. I've been trying to eat as healthy as I can but it's not realistic for me to totally steer clear of the "bad" stuff. I still want my pizza, ice cream, cereal, etc every once in a while. :)

There are so many free yoga routines on YouTube. Different styles, levels, etc....I have two favorite instructors. Yoga with Adrienne and a guy named Rodney Yes...just a way to see if it's something you'll like before you spend money in a program.
