I haven't workout out in a long while due to a shoulder injury. I've lost my fitness and mindset to workout. But since I want to get back in shape would t25 be ok to start with?
Hello everyone I lift 3 days a week and do rope jumping for 15 mins after the workout. My goal is to drop body fat percentage and lose 30lbs by the end of this year. My question is apart from the calorie deficit what physical activity is ok to be done on a daily basis to stay fit without beating up my body.
