Hello everyone
I lift 3 days a week and do rope jumping for 15 mins after the workout. My goal is to drop body fat percentage and lose 30lbs by the end of this year. My question is apart from the calorie deficit what physical activity is ok to be done on a daily basis to stay fit without beating up my body.

Weight vest walks are amazing. You can get them all the way from like 10 lbs. (why bother?) up to, I believe 88 is the heaviest I've seen.0
