Anyone willing to help me lose 40 ish pounds! I really need someone to be hard on me and keep me in check lol. I have a hard time keeping myself motivated and accountable.

What workout should I do?
So I'm trying to lose weight and I'm currently only doing squats ever day (trying to get a but lol) I don't have a ton of time because of my two kids but what would be a great workout for losing belly fat but not interfering with my booty goals?

I know ideally I wouldn't do cheat days. But do any of you do one or have motivation/tips on how to get away from cheat days?

I'm sure a lot of you need to just rant and talk to someone without judgment, so I'm here and other who comment can be there for you too. Mental health is just as important as physical.

No self controll
I always make an excuse to eat bad stuff. I wish I could do moderation but for me it's impossible! Idk what to do I want to eat good!

Been going to the gym and trying all these diets, finally ready for some real results!
