Sugar and breaking the habit
And I don't mean obvious candy bars, I'm talking even foods high in sugar masked as healthy. I've began to think me and sugar don't get along too well. Am I making a mistake trying to keep my sugar under 35g a day? What about under 25g? Looking for opinions, people who have done this,or are doing this. Thanks.

hello i am on day 4 of phase 1....just want to know how seriously are calories taken on this diet? i see the protein is not limited, but is that only for phase 1 or all phases? i like this diet so far but i am getting anxiety about some of the quantity rules. i do not have much weight to lose and i just left the medifast…
