Whats in your Gym bag?
So im curious..i see gym bags in all sizes and some without any gym bags...so what do you carry in yours? I have a small one...carry my protein shake...headphones...and clothes

How much weight?
Apologies in advance if this sounds dumb...but i found a program on bodybuilding site that i want to try.. however it doesn't mention how much weight i need to pick up.. i have no idea ex. If i need to pick up a 5lb for a bent over row or heavier? Where do i start? Or barbell squats...it says all these exercises and reps…

Go to meal or snack?
Whats your favorite meal or snack that actually keeps you full or satisfied? For me its a scoop of protein in a drink or smoothie...but i cant have that all the time..whats your?

New to this...looking for motivating buddies
I am looking for friends to motivate each other through this journey. I have about 15lbs to go and lots of toning up to do post baby. If anyone is in similar situation or whatever your journey maybe..perhaps we can achieve our goals that much quicker. . if we keep in touch and motivate each other?
