I'm not a typical water drinker. I know i should drink between 1.5-2l but i just can't seem to make it a natural habbit. I mostly prefer sparkling water.... Any tips apart from forcing it down

Back to square one after two babies
I did lose the weight once but this time around with two children both under the age of 2 seems to be a little more difficult.
