i never got this concept until now and I can't believe it took me this long I had to do research on deficits and how many calories my body burns natural but I think I'm ready now with the knowledge it takes to actually lose the weight.
Is this meant to make you buff or to lose weight.

I am 220 and 5`8 inches tall. I meal prepped for this entire week my calories a day will range from 1000~1100 . I plan to do a hour of jumping roping a day(which will burn about 1000 calories). Do you think this will help me in my goal to lose 45 pounds.
I don't know what made me decide to get my summer clothes out of storage (from last year before I got pregnant) and try them on but I am so disgusted now. The clothes barely fit me. I had started a diet and light exercise but now I feel loss like I'll never get back to where I was before.
How did you get out of the habit of eating unhealthy foods... I know I wanted to loose weight and I know I have to eat better and less but I don't know how.
