Hello! I'm so confused: I am a newspaper reporter, so I spend a good amount of time pounding the pavement, and I probably spend an average of 5-6 hours all day sedentary, including when I get home to relax. I exercise 3-4 days a week, and I am 5'4" and 120 pounds. Am I lightly active or active?
