confused on where to get or not on nutrition
I can't imagine it not mattering where you get your calories from. Some say they don't track sugar but what if you are consuming a lot of sugar which is where most of the calories are coming from? Then if you eat foods with a lot of sugar doesn't that lead to sugar spikes?( my daughter has redbulls which is very high) then…
