i have been experiencing stomach pains after/during workouts. i dont think its dehydration because i drink a lot of water during the day and i eat healthy. i just want them to go away so i can feel better after working out rather than having to deal with these horrible stomach aches.
I find it very hard to eat healthy at my boyfriends house; his family eats very unhealthy things (pizza, pasta, burgers, they do a lot of baking..) as much as i love his moms cooking, how do i stay motivated at his house? I'm at his house quite a lot.
