i have been using another app called lose it I couldn't understand the new changes on here but i want to give it another try. Im losing some weight currently however i have kind of slowed down due to lack of exercise
just found out im type 2 diabetic and doc is giving me 6 months to lose 50 pounds and he wants me to lose 110 over all. Im short and big not a good combo. Please any suggestions would help
