Approaching maintenance...
Hi, I'm now heading towards my maintenance goal of 112lbs (currently 115 - I'm 5'3.5", body fat currently 24%) and to be honest I'd say I'm happy for maintenance to be between 112-115 to allow for fluctuations from day to day anyway. MFP sets me at 1200 calories per day to lose weight, typically I eat around 1300 plus a…

Dr Schulze Superfood Plus - the most vile thing i've ever tasted! Help!
Hi all, so after my lean greens ran out I ordered some Dr Schulze powder on the advice of my personal trainer (£42 a tub, ouch!).... anyways I opened it this morning and the taste made me vomit in my mouth. Disappointed in my progress
So... 3 weeks ago today i started with a personal trainer on a 6 week plan which incorporates diet and exercise. Start weight was 130lbs. I started with a personal trainer last week and I have been so good with sticking to the programme, I've done exercise daily…

Can I lose belly fat but gain weight at the same time?
Hi all, just after a bit of advice. I've been told by my doctor that I need to put on a few pounds, approx half a stone. I'm 5'3.5 and 112lbs (fluctuate 110-112) which puts my bmi at 19 ish. No idea on body fat %, but I am a petite / slight build overall. I didn't think that was too low, but my periods have stopped for the…

Lifting weights at home? Help needed!
Hi everyone. Just need a little guidance, I've been on MFP a while now and have reached my goal weight of 112lbs (I'm 5'4") which I've done through changing my diet and exercising, which I tend to do at home as I work full time and have a 2 year old (I exercise once he has gone to bed as that's the only chance I get!). I…

Chicken ideas for lunch
Hi, I wondered if anyone has some good ideas for lunches to take to work (I have a fridge at work but no microwave or anything to heat things up) - I've cooked a chicken breast today for tomorrow's lunch to save me time this evening, but looking for inspiration for what to put with it? Bit fed up of dull salads! I love…
