Hi all, started on a new diet with no wheat or rice option. Basically healthy eating of salads, soups, vegs and home cooked meat. Add to this 3 times a week workout. Hope to loose 10 kg in 3 months. Any ideas or tips?
Hi everyone I am aiming to loose 10 km in 6 weeks. The plan is simple: stay within 1500 calories a day, run at 5 miles twice per week and walk at least one hour each day. Would love to hear from anyone who is on a similar plan.
