How to lose weight in shift work duty!
Poor me.... It is freaking hungry at night shift working in hospital , and smell the other eating night food and I have to starve myself because I wanna lose weight .... It is killing me!!! And it is so hard to not eat after eight at night ... I am very hungry now .... I surely need some support
