Currently I'm doing 3 sets of 4 on 180 kilos (397lbs). Slowly but surely increasing it. What about you? :)
Currently bulking at the moment in hopes of putting on size and lean muscle...anyone else trying to acheive the same goal..add me to make gainzz! I also need some ideas to eat new types of food as I tend to eat the same food over and over again. Feel free to leave a suggestion behind.
