Ignore sugars in fruit?
Hi there, I have a question ! When I eat fruit (I like having 3-4 pieces a day), I immediately get over my sugar goal :disappointed: Fruit is healthy, and I know that too much is bad due to the natural sugars, but hey, 3 pieces can't be bad, right? How do you guys do this?
