I like wraps/tortilla's.. even for breakfast! So easy.. Just take a whole wheat wrap, some slices of chicken, some low fat cheese spread and cucumber..

To actually gain 2 kilograms you have to eat 7000 calories more than recommended. So that is 5000 more than needed a day = 10000 calories too much.. I don't want to say that's impossible.. I know people who can eat that in one binge.. but considering your story.. no!

Uhm.. maybe it's water weight.. fruits and stuff contain a lot of water, maybe it's because you started eating more in calories.. you can eat like crap and still eat little calories, maybe it's because you started exercising.. Maybe you ate too much salty stuff.
