Day 1...again

It's morning time of Day 1 using MyFitnessPal to help count my calories so I can lose weight. I currently way the most I've ever weighed before and it's very discerning... I'm trying to lose the weight and then move to maintaining my weight after that. We'll see how this goes!

Welcome!
I found that starting slowly, with only a small calorie deficit was best for me - I had been massively overeating prior to dieting, so even a small deficit was a lot less food and it took time to get used to it. Once I got into the swing, it became easier. I also find that using exercise to help create some of my deficit has made it easier, although if exercise isn't your thing you can do it without doing any exercise!
