    In person I hardly notice it when it's happening. It's kinda hard to tell since I have aspergers and don't pickup on social cues often not knowing for years someone had a crush on me. I tend to try and be nice to everyone and have been accused of being a big flirt. I just call it being cheerful and nice. On Chit-chat it's easier to spot a flirt because it's so much more direct.

    Yes it's flattering when it happens if done in a respectful way, but most the time I either think guys are just being nice and not necessarily flirting.

    It definitely depends on the person doing the flirting. If it's a creepy kind of flirting or I'm giving you signals that I'm not enjoying the flirtation, move on. But it's not really an issue because I'm rarely flirted with.
