Hey guys so I think I'm on my 20th day and I've done good so far, there are days where I go over my cal limit therefore I feel Down:( and its hard to feel better about urself when ur down. Especially if u have no support. :) hope to talk 2 u soon !

Is it ok that I skip breakfast? Im usually in a rush in the morning that I don't have time so I end up skipping it.

why am i not losing weight?
Its so discouraging when u excersize and stay under your calorie goal but STILL don't lose a single pound :( feeling very discouraged right now.

day 2 down
Yesterday was my first day and I was kinda bummed out cuz I ate over my calorie limit.. But I learned from that and today I ate UNDER my calorie limit!!! I'm so proud!

what will jump start your metabolism to be faster.. as i said earlier today,, today is my first day of my weight loss journey. i just wanna know key points to a faster metabolism. anyone????

i did it
So today is my first day of my weight loss journey and today I was suppose to keep calorie count. When I failed at that I went over 127 or something over.. So I just finished a 25 jog/walk to burn it off.. ;) I feel better already.

It's my first day and I'm started out with trying to keep count of my calorie intake.. And I've failed: (.. My limits is 1800 and oi have 127 over.. Does it get easier over time?
