Calorie difference between MFP and SP
Hi......I use both MFP and SparkPeople. Starting over, reset my weight. MFP says 1350 SP says 1530 I know it's not much by why the difference?? Anyone ever run into this before and researched it?? Just curious..... Thanks in advance!
