I made a huge mistake. I lost half my goal weight and missed a few days of logging that turned into a month :( and some weight gain. Looking for people to help me get back on track.

Hi, I was just wondering if anyone knew anything about T-Zone Whole Body Vibration Technology or has tried it. There is a location near where I live and I am just wondering about effectiveness. I already have a cardio routine which was advised in their brochure. Thanks
