To eat before morning workouts?
Hey everybody! Just a quick question...Im going to be starting workouts in the morning, Im just not sure what I should have to eat before them. Liquids calories
This is one of the areas I struggle with the most. I eat fairly well but I can go over my daily calories because of drinks. I do drink water throughout the day but I also want flavored teas, iced coffees and chocolate milk sometimes. Anyone else have this problem? What are some ways to overcome the cravings?
