Liquids calories

This is one of the areas I struggle with the most. I eat fairly well but I can go over my daily calories because of drinks. I do drink water throughout the day but I also want flavored teas, iced coffees and chocolate milk sometimes. Anyone else have this problem? What are some ways to overcome the cravings?

    Black coffee and seltzer water for me. It's easy, as I would rather eat food.......and chocolate!

    A tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar in a tall glass of water can work wonders in breaking cravings. It has numerous other health benefits as well, although it can be a little nasty to get down when you aren't used to it.

    I drink a large coffee with cream from Dunkin donuts every am but otherwise I don't drink anything else with calories. I just can't let go of that coffee and it's not the same with milk...
