Fitness schedule
I work out 5 times a week (30 mins - an hour) with a mix of HIIT, strength, and cardio, log my foods(under 1200). And then do whatever during the weekends. I don't gorge myself, but I don't log and don't worry about eating. I'm wondering if that's an alright way to slowly get fit, or if that's just definitely not enough?…

5'1" losing sizes more than weight
Hi, I'm 21 years old, 5'1" and fluctuating between 119-121 lbs currently. I've been trying to lose some weight(around 7,8 lbs) but also wanted to slim down in size more than anything else.
