Cardio vs Lifting for beginners?
Currently I am 211lbs and have been doing about 1 hour per day of cardio workout. My question is, should I also be doing weight lifting? Ultimately I am trying to cut my weight to a healthier level but I don't want to sacrifice muscle. Would it be advisable to do a few days of weight lifting etc?

Is 50lbs in 6 months realistic?
I'm currently 214 lbs and looking to lose 50lbs give or take in a 6 month timeframe. Is this realistic? I am keeping my calorie intake to a max of 1500 and working out 5 days a week for at least 60 minutes.

Meal plans for hotel life?
I relocated to the Pacific Northwest from California last week. I normally meal prep every Sunday but this week I purchased frozen low calorie meals to tide me over while I build a grocery list.
