Maintain weight while losing inches?
Hey guys. I'm a pound off from reaching my weight goal of 120 lbs. I'm 63" and I honestly don't mind staying within 120-125lbs however, is there any way to lose inches without dropping below my weight? Iron & protein for vegetarians
How do I add more iron & protein to my diet? I eat mainly vegetarian with the exception of occasional seafood & eggs. Whenever I try to pre plan my meals out I'm usually about 50% low on those two nutrients. When I try to adjust then I usually go over the fat or sugar goals. TIA!
