Hey everyone. I started my journey of a better "Eating" lifestyle. I am 24 years young. I started at 171lbs, and as of right now I weigh 157lbs. I would like to maintain my weight at around 125-130. I have scoliosis (S curve of 25 & 38), I have spinal stenosis, spinal arthritis, DDD, sciatica. I do want to add excercise to…
