I am struggling with the lack of daylight when I get home from work. I want to put my PJ's on and sit in front of the idiot box when I get home. I miss my hour long walks before the days got shorter. I am also craving more carbs in the evening. Anyone else going through this? It's going to be a long winter!!!
I started here the end of May. My goal was to lose 27 lbs before my sons wedding at the end of this month. It happened this past Saturday!!! Thank you MFP and all who supported me. I feel great from the exercising and I am now comfortable with how I look.
This morning I ate tuna with ranch dressing on spinach/salad mix. Mixed in 1 hard boiled egg, 1/2 cup tomatoes. Followed with 1/4 cup strawberries. (I am sick of eggs).
