Hi I am new to this. I need a lot of motivation to keep me going can you help?
So step one back to the gym. In spite of my busy hectic life as a Delivery Manager for Royal Mail here in the UK. I have hit a plato. Old food bad habits have crept back in & not eating properly. Snacking on biscuits & take always. So today it's time to get back on it again.
so got on Scales on Tues 26th May & died when I saw my weight 14st,2lb it was the start of my change. I have never been this big cue the gym cue diet.
