Hi I am a woman who has lost over 8 stone in total through swimming, running, metafit. I want to start lifting it have no idea where to start... Hey so I normally have porridge for breakfast, which more often than not fills me up so I don't want lunch.... I'm trying to find something to eat at lunchtime that isn't heavy but full of nutrients to keep me going. What fruits/veg are best ect... I usually have coffee which is contributing to my bad skin
