Hi everyone!! I'm starting today after hitting rock bottom with my weight! Would love to give and get support. My biggest problem is soda and cravings. I used to think diet alone was enough but now I get that I have to exercise or The weight won't stay off. So hard but I'm going to take this one step at a time.
