Has anyone else noticed a huge discrepency between dried beans measured by a measuring cup and by weight? I understand that measuring cups aren't great for solid food, but dried beans aren't something you can easily "pack" into a cup or heap up by accident, and environmental moisture shouldn't have a significant influence…
