Just looking for helpful tips to help for ways ro get in shape with not mich time each time each day unfotionally I have a busy schedule and I need excersises besides a rowing machine for those muscles
I need tips on a workout routine for this canoe trip I need to be all around in shape; but cant do running because of athsma :( . What are some excersises I can do besides a rowing machine for canoeing? Please and thanks.
