Hello everyone!!! I am 6 foot 1 and 16 stones 8 pounds. Back at this again! Goal is to be around 16 stones but a lot trimmer by the end of the year. My main enemy is booze as I like a glass or two of red in the evenings and a few pints over the weekends!!! Let's motivate each other!!!
