2 month post partum 4th baby, 4th C-section. Finally cleared for activity and I started Insanity (fit test) today. Anyone else doing it or have done it? Need encouragement and motivation.
Going shopping tomorrow and I need some good snack ideas. I am getting some fiber one bars and yogurt for sure. What are some of your go to snacks p.s. I love chocolate lol
