Cheat day
Today is one day of the week that I cheat on my diet I will be going to Grimaldi's pizza for lunch and probably serve up a nice steak for dinner with a side of ice cream .but before I do this I went on a 3.5 mile jog and did 500 crunches ,200 twists from side to side all low impact cardio just so I won't feel so guilty.…

Type two diabetic almost 50 years old
I've been working out six months I have dropped 4 inches off my waist lost 40pounds and turn 30 of it back into solid muscle not too bad for 48 yr old guy. I am a highly motivated person.

I'm no expert and no trainer by any means but I tell you strengthening your core will improve each and every exercise you do. I have lost 40 pounds and put 30 of it back in muscle only from a stronger core and back
