My gym has three different types of exercise bikes. Spin bikes, recumbent and regular upright bikes. Is any better than the others as far as workout and calories burned?
When I do a 30 minute circuit training, do I count the 30 seconds between rounds or do I just count the 20 minutes of actual workout time? Thanks!
