Question of the Week: What are your goals for 2019? Or even just January? And do you make New Year's Resolutions? I don't do resolutions anymore. I would like to lose about 6-8 lbs a month though.

Thank you! I am hypothyroid and Hashimoto's as confirmed by MEDICAL TESTS. What a ridiculous statement to say hypothyroidism is a fad. The sheer ignorance of saying this is a fad is astonishing!

It depends on what you are looking for in a device. I have a zip because I want a pedometer only and it's great! For me, it is more accurate if I wear it on my waistband instead of my bra.

November 1st - 7200 steps. I blew the no sugar challenge so today, I start with that one!
