Hi all I'm Emma I just turnt 40 in November, I'm so desperate to loose weight I keep promising myself I will do it and start of great but then fall off the journey, iv started using SlimFast again as last time I tried it it really worked for me, my main let down is exercise

    Welcome Emma and you will find many people here to encourage you along the way. You will also discover that exercise is great for a lot of things, but you only need a calorie deficit to lose weight :smile:
