Any idea why Map My Run says I ran X mph while, once synced, MFP says I ran Y mph? Why aren't they the same?
I don't understand why MFP allocates all of my daily fat to saturated fat. I want to change that to reflect 2/3 of my fat intake going to polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats but when I type the numbers into the macronutrients goals area they don't save. Any ideas?
